The food was fresh, hot, & phenomenal, as was the service!!!
The crew was so warm & welcoming & so very friendly.
They were so eager to please & truly accommodating to me.
I had the very, best experience here at Five Guys Florence, Al.!!!

8PM on a Wednesday:

Cleanliness: I was surprised they were even opened. Parking lot was empty and there were two customers in the dining area. Dining area was extremely clean.

Service: I was greeted with a friendly smile. The employee helped me understand the menu and my order was correct when I got home. I was also given a full paper bag of peanuts for the kiddos.

Food Quality: The burger patties are their best quality. However, my wife's bread was soggy. I dont reccomend getting sauces on the burger (get it on the side). I've had better fries before, but the large fry was more than enough to feed 2 to 3 people.

Overall: The service will bring me back but the food needs improvement.

First time I've ever eaten there and was very pleasantly surprised by the burger.

Where's the grease? These burgers tasted Ike the cows were on a gluten free diet... Screw this... Next time I'm going to Hardee's.

The burgers are large and you can customize them with your favorite toppings such as grilled mushrooms and onions. The fries are excellent. The prices are higher than some of the fast food burgers places but the portions are very generous. You need a big appetite. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is casual.
