For the Record Music Hall & Bar

The owners are fantastic. The atmosphere is great. I love this venue it's very welcoming.

Great live music, very cool space with three adjoining rooms- to the left of the entrance is the main stage room for larger weekend shows; the center room is where the bar is located; to the right of the entrance is what I would call the chill out/games room (and this is where the restrooms are located too). Great staff, pro-gear, various events each night of the week, including an open mic night (Tuesdays). They also have N/A beverage options for folks who are abstaining from alcohol.
Support independent music and business!

This is a great place to grab a drink and catch some amazing live performances. It can get loud, but they provide free earplugs. Such a wonderful asset to have in Florence.

So we're not locals, so I'm not exactly sure how the bar scene in the town is.
My band Subdivisions came here from Atlanta to play a show. The staff was very warm and welcoming to us and the rest of the patrons. The drinks were well balanced and there were plenty of wonderful diversions such as old school video games, air hockey, and a pool table. The bar tvs were set to Family Guy which put a smile on my face. It's a very fun atmosphere.
I hope we get to come through Florence again soon, and visit this wonderful bar.

Saw Coffee Black there. Bar service was fairly quick. Game systems are a quirky, but excellent touch.
