Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

I loved Golden Corral because of the many choices I have for my meal. The food and dessert selections are fresh. Seating is available at all hours of operations. The staff is kind and helpful.

My family and I went to the Golden Corral in Florence AL recently. I am a big fan of reviews whether good or not so good. This can help others.
On this particular day it was a Saturday at 5 pm.
The facility was busy. The service was OUTSTANDING. I was impressed by not only the variety of items but the friendly staff.
The buffet was always being replenished with hot fresh food. I couldn’t find a particular item just because I overlooked it but when I asked the staff took me to it instead of just pointing.
Our waitress was Kat. She kept our glasses full table cleared and was very pleasant.
We will return in the future.

This Golden Corral is excellent. This location is my favorite place to eat steak in the Shoals. The steak is always marinated perfectly. The grill cook is friendly and cooks the steak very tender. The wait staff is impeccable as well. This is our go to place for steak and greens!

Honestly good for a buffet. If you go right before dinner you pay lunch price for dinner food. They don't discourage this. They were actually the ones who told me. This is especially nice on weekends when they have steak at dinner.
You can eat all the steaks you want and they're honestly pretty good for the tier of restaurant. So many options. Final star is because there's often problems with the chocolate fountain not working for months on end and the ice cream machine isn't always working. Sometimes they have trouble keeping stuff stocked which means there could be better management. Overall, I go when I get the chance and it's my kid's choice for birthday dinner. Worth the price and you'll leave in a wheelbarrow as the old folks say.
