Fat Cat's Seafood Restaurant

Food is typical diner, but a good price. The portions are very large.

Fat Cats is a hidden jem. Eat where the locals eat, greasy spoon. Food is great, well the breakfast is. We have never been there for anything but breakfast. Huge portions of good ol southern eats. You dont think catfish and breakfast, but you would be missing out. Ladies are great, place is always packed full of locals and it has yet to disappoint. If you dont try a meal here, you dont know the south.

Just when you thought you had the best...... You run across Far Cat's - you have to pay attention; don't miss it.

This is different- they undoubtedly bread their own shrimp, large Osters and fish.... Order the seafood plate (they were out of from legs; but we WILL be back).

After enjoying fresh seafood since loving in the area: this is the best we've had/freshest/cleanest tasting and Bob greasy.

Recommend highly... Will be back.

The chicken fingers and fries were great, but the grilled catfish was out of sight! I was afraid the grilled catfish might be sort of bland, but it was outstanding with the spices they used. I had it with baked potato and salad bar. Everything was just excellent. Service was outstanding, too. And the prices are very reasonable. It is sort of a Small Town Country Restaurant. Nothing fancy.
