“This is going to be a long one, but I promise it's worth it. First, let me tell you, Al is the man. He has the most amazing personality and is so friendly, you want to hang out with him all night. Seriously, such a nice guy! Second, despite living in the south most of my life, I spent 6 years living in New England to be closer to my husband's family. We moved to Alabama last August, and one of the biggest things we missed was the fresh seafood, specifically lobster. We finally got to try them out tonight at the Food Truck rally in Huntsville. There is no reason that food this good could be coming off of a food truck except for the pure magic that is happening inside. Despite being 1,200 miles away from New England, you never would have known it based on how amazing the lobster was. It was incredibly fresh, huge pieces of lobster. Honestly, there's some restaurants IN New England that don't do lobster as amazing as Taste of Maine did. Additionally, I have very severe food allergies and not only was I able to find an item to order (only allergy sufferers will truly understand the significance of that) but I also felt completely comfortable eating here. My husband (the native New Englander) and I will both most definitely be back as I'm already craving another serving.”

Fuqua's Soul food brought back so many memories of how restaurant's use to cook from scratch all fresh from when I was a kid. This was the most wonderful meal out in a very long time. “There was no baby changing station in either bathroom. Thank goodness I had my changing pad! I had to lay my baby down in the floor of the handicap bathroom and squat down to change his diaper. This is a brand new restaurant, there should be a place to change a baby.”

This is different- they undoubtedly bread their own shrimp, large Osters and fish.... Order the seafood plate (they were out of from legs; but we WILL be back). “Great Customer Service... Especially with only ONE EMPLOYEE working!! I was REALLY impressed. For an early in the week lunch shift, the poor guy was absolutely swamped! When asked he said "the 'books' estimated 4 orders the entire shift," [it was BARELY an hour after opening] he continued, "I'm on order #12!!" I STILL feel awful I couldn't lend him a hand!”
