(October 5, 2019, 12:15 am)Our food was just okay this evening. The sandwich bread was a tad stale and the grapes in the salad were mushy. But my biggest complaint with the store on Opelika Road in Auburn are the gnats. My wife and I couldn't enjoy our meal for having to constantly swat at the gnats. And this isn't the first time we've had the gnat issue at this location. I believe this restaurant can, and should, do better.

(September 23, 2019, 5:15 pm)So good! They are always offering new, special flavors but I stick with my faves - Olivia's Old South, Sassy Scotty, and Buffalo Barclay. My daughter loves the Barbie-Q! Their Grape Salad, Pasta Salad, and Pimento Cheese are all delicious too. Definitely a great lunch time stop!

(September 6, 2019, 12:57 am)I have never eaten inside Chicken Salad Chick , so I can only rave about the food. I have yet to order anything here that I didn't like. Food is fresh, drive-thru staff is so nice and the chicken salad is AMAZING! I can't wait to go back!

(August 17, 2019, 1:12 am)I was sent a free meal for my birthday so I decided to go and give it a try. Boy was I surprised! First of all, it was super busy (a great testament in and of itself), but they had a lot of workers so the line moved quick. The cashier happily answered all of my questions cheerfully. I was surprised at all you get for the price. Chicken salad on a croissant with lettuce and tomato, an amazing melt in your mouth cookie, and a side (I had a great potato soup) all for 7.99. The free meal brought me in, but I'll definitely be back after such a yummy meal and pleasant experience.
