(August 9, 2019, 12:55 am)El Rey is a pretty good place to get your Mexican fix! Chips and cheese dip are solid and the California burrito is very good and filling. The Margaritas could use some work, they do taste a little watered down and the flavor isn't what I would consider a great margarita, but it's not terrible. The quesadillas are massive and very very good, and I haven't had a bad fajita there yet. All in all a great place to eat!

(July 25, 2019, 12:03 pm)There are about 100 Mexican style restaurants in Auburn. This is the best one. My 5 year old daughter and I love El Rey! She likes the colorful tortilla chips. I like the delicious food and the affordable prices.

(July 13, 2019, 1:17 am)Very friendly staff. Food was great. I usually judge my favorite Mexican places from the salsa, I can highly recommend cause I really liked the salsa. Raspberry marg was really tasty. One of the better Mexican places in Auburn.
