Good food. Great service. Love their $2 taco Tuesdays with $2 beer and margaritas.

The wait staff are wonderfully friendly and you feel like they are very glad to have you as a guest. This is not what I would consider "authentic" Mexican food. It is Mexican food with a twist and they also serve regular "American" food, burgers and sandwiches. Based on what I had, the Burrito Bowl, the food was very good. My husband had Enchiladas and he liked his meal also. Unlike traditional Enchiladas they were not drowning in sauce, which was nice.

Travelers, food here is good but more like Mexican American than just Mexican. The Asian burrito is delicious. It is in a terrific location. You will be able to enjoy all that Opelika has to offer. We recommend.

Great service and loved the grilled steak on the tacos, the seasoning was spot on. Wonderful grilled vegs and assortment of chips and dips. My only wish is the chips weren't so tough and greasy but even with that... It is my new favorite place to eat.

Brisket tacos are my favorite! Our server, Victoria, told us about your new menu items and we also tried the potato wedges, which were great. Victoria was very attentive and did a great job. My niece tried the fajitas, and she loved them. La Cantina has NEVER disappointed :)
