Viva La Vida Mexican Cuisine Opelika

I've been twice now. For as expensive is this place is, I've found the Mexican food to be just average. Not to mention if you ask for some sour cream they will charge you like 2 bucks, which is insane. If you want to save money on drinks get the lunch drink specials.
I’ll go here if other people invite me, but I typically won't suggest it myself.

Really good spot for authentic mexican cuisine. I would recommend checking the place out. Would love to see them have live mariachi someday :)

Excellent service and food was excellent. Tuesday is the best night. $1 tacos. 1/2 price margarita pitchers. Atmosphere is great too.

Great food and service! I also misplaced my wallet in this restaurant and one of the employees found it and they kept it safe for me overnight. I went back in the next day before they opened and the owners personally helped me get my wallet back. Everything was in my wallet just how I left it. Great place to eat and very honest and helpful staff and restaurant owners.

I had the Verde enchilada plate and it was delish! Salsa was good, chips were ok, but my enchilada plate was truly wonderful. Def will go back!
