So thankful there is a Jacks on the west side of town. We decided to come by and try it out and it was absolutely best! Thanks for being here Jacks!
This place is a winner, right out the gate. There was a man standing outside the door. He greeted us and I was fast with my response. I said, You couldn't get the door for us. Hahaha. I didn't get the girls name that took our order but she was sweet. The food was hot, delicious and exactly what we ordered. We got our ice cream after we ate and Lord have Mercy, Latoya was an absolute doll. Her smile alone made my day. Her whole demeanor was spot on!!! Customer service+ !!! Whoever hired these ladies did a great job!!!
