This is a local food joint for locals. People unused to country cooking probably won't like it.

One of my favorite things to do in the mornings with my husband is experience different breakfast spots in North Alabama. However Camillia has won us over with their breakfast! We love their omelettes and tomato gravy. We also love their biscuits and white gravy! They have some of the best cooks around and the atmosphere is very friendly and accommodating. You can’t go wrong eating at Camellia‘s! Try it out!

Cute little diner off the beaten path, serves breakfast and lunch. Today I had the taco salad and it was really good. The meat was flavorful and was served over round corn chips with your selection of toppings. The staff is super friendly and we enjoyed the lunch experience.

If you're looking for authentic southern food. This is the place. The restaurant is located in an old gas station which adds to the charm. The potato salad was my favorite but the pulled pork sandwich with beans on the side was excellent. Camellia herself comes out to check on the patrons which is a touch of southern people would expect! Will absolutely return (with a bigger waistline) ????
