Bojangles

We decided to eat here after a long travel day since it is next to the hotel we stayed in.
Our experience came right after a huge storm had passed through (that we were unaware of) and many local homes had lost power. They were slammed.
The drive through line was wrapped around the building and there was a massive to-go order in front of me inside. I had to wait around 30 minutes for an 8 PC meal with 2 sides because the dark meat chicken was cooking and they had to make more biscuits.
All this to say that the staff, while visibly frustrated, kept it together and still delivered the best and most polite service I've experienced in a while. The customers were all very polite and understanding as well. Props to the people of Hampton Cove!
Oh, and the chicken is PHENOMINAL!! I'm just a Yankee, so maybe I don't know nuthin bout no fried chicken, but I do have taste buds. The biscuits were great too.
I'll go back, and I expect I'll have a much faster experience.

Service is sometimes slow even when there's no line, but not to terrible. My food has always been correct here. I can't really complain about anything. Im glad we finally have one in Hampton Cove.

First time here finally after it opened. Same Bojangles at every other location I have been to as far as taste which is good rightttttt. I got the 3 piece dinner with fries and biscuit and sweet tea. All good except I think they gave me all the leftover fries. Kind of stale. Service was average compared to other fast food places I have been to. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Recommend and Return. Happy Eating 😊!
