    The highest up manager(white guy), was a nice guy. When he answered the phone at the time I called he was not only professional, but had a personality, he answered my questions and treated me like a real Person, and as a salesman with a big bubbly personality, he was a verry open and diverse person, and as someone who’s this is my first ever review of a place, and actually worked at the mall, the service provided at this place not just personality wise but food wise is great!
    I’d say if you want a certain type of pretzel just ask for a fresh one instead of picking one of the stand. But besides that thanks to the people who try their best to insure that customers enjoy their pretzels!
