Charleys Philly Steaks

First off, great food. Not gonna skip that part. But that is the main redeemable factor. Since I work near the mall, I've stopped by a few times for lunch. The employees always look mad that you're there. They dont seem to have a lot of people skills, and make me feel uncomfortable for even ordering. Maybe eventually their management will hire employees that are more friendly and helpful so that I can give them a full 5 star rating eventually!

This in in the food court at Parkway Place Mall. It was lunchtime and very busy. The staff was polite and very competent. The prep area appeared clean. The food was excellent. I had a Philly cheese steak and french fries. The sandwich was so good! I'll definitely eat here again.

I haven't been in Parkway Place Mall in almost a year.Had to renew driver's license. We went to Food Court. I ordered a large Bacon 3 cheese Philly. The order taker was very nice and she added the peppers onions and mushrooms, told me least expensive way to get what I wanted. The production line and cook we're very efficient. We had our food very quickly. I will go back. Thanks for good quick lunch
