Corralejos Mexican Grill

The food at this place is exceptional. This is now my favorite place to get Mexican food in the greater Huntsville area. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Corralejos Mexican Grill is a standout spot for tasty Mexican food. The dishes are authentic and delicious, and the staff are super friendly. The vibe inside is cozy and welcoming. If you're in the mood for great food and a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

First time eating here. This will definitely be my new regular spot. The salsa was the best I’ve had in town. I got the chorizo which was cooked to perfection! The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. I highly recommend.

Came for an early dinner last night and had a great time!
Friendly staff and wonderful service. We got seated right away and immediately got water, chips, and salsa. Chips are perfectly crispy and the salsa is mild.
We ordered guacamole and we LOVED how chunky it is!! I got a taco salad with creamy guac on top, my friend got the shrimp acapulco. Both were great, perfect amount of food!
We have yet to try their margaritas but will definitely be back!

We've eaten here 5 times (all takeout so far), and we've been very impressed! Every dish has good portions, and is good value. I consider myself a serious guacamole aficionado, so I was excited to try their 3 different guacamole items on their menu. The traditional guacamole is very creamy yet with some chunks too. Very nice texture and a bit of pop to the flavor. The other two are more of a pico de gallo style and are very good too. The tamale is excellent, very moist and seasoned well. Any item with their ground beef (taco or burrito), is seasoned well too. The Burrito Verde is delicious. It's a large item itself, and it has shredded pork inside with a cheese sauce on top. Overall, everything is seasoned perfectly and every bite has been savory enough to keep us coming back for more. Highly recommended.
