I'm a student at the University of Alabama A&M. I tried Heaven's Healthy Kitchen to get a feel for other vegan food in Huntsville and it was great. I ordered the Mexican Bowl and the Raspberry Alkaline Lemonade. The Bowl was flavorful with a small spicy twang to it. This biggest thing for me is that I didn't feel heavy after eating the it. The lemonade is so so good, I didn't even mind the pulp on the inside. Didn't taste sugary or anything it was so fresh!!!! He was great with the delivery on campus. The only thing I would change is the order process through paypal. If apple pay or cash app was accepted I would feel a little bit more comfortable making a purchase but I def will order again. Hope to see them on grubhub or door dash soon

We found out about Heavens Healthy Kitchen on Instagram and decided to give it a try as we were looking for ways to reduce our cholesterol. We tried one of his fried chicken sandwiches made from wheat gluten and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor and texture of the sandwich made it easy to accept this meat substitute as we are not vegans. This sandwich was paired with some heavenly mashed potatoes. It is great to see more vegan friendly meals here in the Rocket City!

I was fortunate to find Heaven's Healthy Kitchen in time for the holidays. I found the food to be slightly above average. I ordered mac and cheese, cornbread dressing and banana nut bread. I enjoyed all of the side dishes. However the mac and cheese and dressing was a bit too seasoned/salty for my taste. Also, I believe the mac and cheese contained turmeric. The turmeric color stained the brackets on my ceramic braces and I could not finish it. I hope he can list the main ingredients of each dish so customers are aware upfront (also for those allergic to certain ingredients). My mom is sensitive to spicy foods and there was something spicy in the mac and cheese that burned her mouth. The banana nut bread (my favorite item) was delicious, but just very heavy. You could only eat like a slice and feel super full. It is not easy to find vegan dishes during the holidays though, so I'm glad the chef was able to accommodate my request.
