Hibachi Express

The best quick service Chinese food in south Huntsville! We took a chance and after being burned by the horrible business that was here previously. The new Hibachi Express is 5stars! Great hot and spicy soup and egg drop! Chicken and Shrimp Hibachi is great! Fried rice is on point! South Huntsville will love this once the word gets around!

Tony at the front took my order, such a nice guy.We ordered the Hibachi steak and shrimp and takoyaki. Huge portions and delicious food! Fast service as well.

Simple place. Good food. New crew. You walk in and order from a tablet whatever you want from the menu. They cook it in the back and bring it out front to you. I enjoyed it. I hope they never close but that building never gets business no matter what's there it seems. 5 Stars, though! Go get a bite!

The drive through is OPEN! Tried a little bit of everything, the crab ran goons were tasty and not too sweet. The takoyaki was very hot and creamy. The house lo me in was tasty, especially with the yum yum sauce. The honey chicken is more like sweet and sour chicken but good. The hibachi shrimp is a must have if you like teriyaki shrimp. The bang bang chicken drumstick was huge with a bit of spices. I am going to incorporate this into my bio weekly food rotation for sure.

I've waited weeks for my favorite place to open back up only to find the prices nearly doubled. Worse yet, the managers special, that I'd get 4&5 days a week was removed from the menu........... however, when I finally got my food and left the egg rolls was the only thing that was correct. Doesn't seem to be the same folks either.
