Rosie's Mexican Cantina

My wife and I have been living in Huntsville for 10 months now, and Rosie's is, by far, our favorite Tex-Mex restaurant.
The food is always superb, and the service is exceptional, as well.
Great atmosphere, great wait staff, and outstanding fresh Tex-Mex food.
You gotta go to Rosie's!

One word, Consistency! It’s the secret to Rosie’s success! It is always consistent and delicious. You can depend on your favorite meal being just as delicious every time you order it! The BBQ Chicken nachos are unique and a fantastic fusion between southern and Mexican cuisine! Try the steak fajitas....No one does it better!!

This was my first time trying this place out after some friends had highly recommended it. It has a great atmosphere but most importantly the food is delicious, the staff friendly and courteous, and pricing is reasonable. The portions are generous and the food is flavorful. I will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends and family as well.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Huntsville. The service is consistently good, and the food is of high quality. The atmosphere is also very nice. I've had quite a few of their meals, and enjoyed them. The Pollo Santa Fe and the Fajitas really stand out. All of their burritos and enchiladas have been very good. The only item I have not enjoyed here is the Mexican Lasagna. I gave it a try as it is a unique item them you don't see on the menu in a lot of places, but it just wasn't for me. The salsa is also very good here. I love their cheese dip too, but it is expensive. Be careful when ordering the cheese dip to specify what you want as they do have a $7 bowl of cheese dip. While it is very good, it may be more than you want. Overall, you can't go wrong with Rosie's if you want Mexican food in Huntsville.
