Kona Grill - Huntsville

I was greeted by my server, Morgan, and from the outset my experience with her was nothing short of outstanding. She explained the items on the Happy Hour and full menu in detail. She checked on me frequently and made sure that the meal and cocktails were as I requested. She made me feel like family and I will recommend Kona and Morgan to my friends, business partners and associates without reservation. She is a gem.

AMAZING!! I’d give it 15 stars if I could. The best service at any restaurant. Managers and servers alike, it’s unmatched. Food is absolutely incredible. It’s not a little every-day restaurant, so expect to spend a little bit, but you definitely get what you pay for! Not too much food, but perfect portion sizes. Easy to read menu, lists allergy hazards super clear. Unique items, and something for everyone to eat! Happy hour items are awesome as well.

Took the family out to celebrate mom's birthday, and was surprised by the half off deals on Sundays! I ended up getting two Cheeseburger Sliders and a sushi roll for a very affordable price. However, we waited for our food for a seemingly long time, and the majority of the food that did come to the table was cold. But, our waiter and the manager ended up fixing each of our meals the way that we wanted, and even gave us carrot cake to make up for it! Although the long wait and the cold food, I believe Kona Grill did an amazing job making it right. I look forward to my next visit, all the food was amazing!

This was my family's first time eating here. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food is. All four of us loved our dishes. The decor provided a calming environment with blues, silvers and whites. Our waiter was pleasant and was knowledgeable about the items we asked about on the menu. I definitely recommend this place.
