The food was all around okay. Wasn't anything to gawk at. Their whiskey/scotch/bourbon selection was slim with mostly mid to lower shelf and a couple good mid-top shelf choices. I'd definitely go again to make sure my experience wasn't a one off, but I haven't had the opportunity yet.

What a great atmosphere! There was a wonderful live musician playing, and the wine prices are great. Once the food arrived, we were very impressed. I had the three cheese ravioli, and my husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. for the quality of the food and the view and everything else including the service, this is a great place to dine!

Delicious food, good service, casual atmosphere and we plan to return to eat at this Italian restaurant.

My daughter was in town visiting from Iowa and we wanted to show her around Huntsville a bit so we walked around Big Spring Park. It was about 4 PM on a Friday afternoon when we stopped in to Pane E Vino to grab a bite to eat.

The restaurant was not very busy when we were seated inside to eat. That was probably due to the fact that we were there at around 4 PM just before the busier dinner hour would start.
The waiter who took care of our table was very attentive to our needs. He arrived immediately to our table, brought us ice water, took our drink order and informed us of the daily specials. He was even kind enough to bring my daughter a sample of the daily soup special so that she could decide if she liked it before she ordered it. The waiter was also very knowledgeable about the menu items and the ingredients used.

I ordered the three cheese ravioli, my husband ordered chicken Parmesan, my son ordered spaghetti with meatballs and my daughter ordered salad and soup.
The order arrived promptly and the food was delicious to say the very least. We all ate every bite of our food and then shared a slice of gluten-free chocolate cake. I was impressed at how delicious the chocolate cake was.

The prices are moderate as are the serving sizes. I highly recommend visiting Pane E Vino to give this restaurant at try. We certainly plan to return the next time we are in Big Spring Park.

Best wait staff service I have experienced in a very long time. The young gentleman that waited on our wedding party did an outstanding job. The good was also very good. The location was nice right next to the city park. The biggest downside was the lack of parking. We parked in the museum parking after hours and it was not a problem. I'd go back.
