Panera Bread

Why do they ask for tips? You place your order yourself, you get your own drink, you go and pick up your own food and you bus your own table.
They made my salad wrong the first time but correct it quickly.

I was about to give it 4 stars only for the cost, but everyone knows Panera is a bit expensive. However, the food and beverages are tasty, unique to the brand, and generally healthy.

This location has always been my favorite. I once asked for a triple espresso...had to wait 15 minutes to get it, but what I received was a 16 oz cup full of espresso. I know it was a mistake but I drank refrigerated espresso for a week. It was a very productive week. Thanks, Panera!

Went in today and ordered food for my mother and I. She went up to pick up our food and realized we forgot to put our soup in as to go. She apologized and asked if the could pack it up. The girl not only gave a huge aggravated sigh but also rolled her eyes at my mother! This wouldn't bother me as much if the girl hadn't been the trainer! Please have a chat with your staff.

Panera bread at bridgestreet mall is absolutely by far the best restaurant I have ever been to! Service is a great and they're very efficient. The general manager is very professional as well as all the employees. The one in Madison on on highway 72 next to Target is also wonderful.
