Phil Sandoval's

I love the party ambiance! The food is good too. It doesn’t have the vegetable/meat (other than beans and rice) options that some other Mexican restaurants offer. The three star rating is because I have ordered the fajita salad without the tortilla pieces in it three times now and always get it with them all mixed in.

Great service.. actually is best service I have had dining in Huntsville. Ward was our server and he was on top of it. The food cane fast and it was delicious. All the staff was so friendly. You could see the organization in seating, taking orders and getting your order out and always with a smile. It was not a hustle bustle atmosphere but handled with great organization. Great job Phil Sandoval's!

I eat here quite often and have been for a few years now. The food isn't going to blow you away but it's good, service is pretty quick and all but 1-2 servers are friendly and attentive. Last but not least I love the thin chips and the salsa is really good as well although the cheese dip can have a little too much garlic flavor on some days.

If you are ever in Huntsville, you have to go to Phil Sandoval's and try their Mexican food. Unlike other Mexican restaurants, Phil Sandoval's has a taste like no other. There are many restaurants in many towns across the US and many of them seem serve the same flavored food. But the food at Phil Sandoval's is much more flavorful and much more pleasant to the pallet. They make their own soft tortillas in the restaurant and their chips are light and crunchy. If you take the chips home, they stay crunchy for days. I highly recommend the 2 tacos combo with rice and beans or the taco salad. Definitely will be back again.

Brought a family of four and had an amazing experience! Our waiter, Carlos, was very attentive and efficient. The food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was inviting and not too loud. We've traveled a lot and eaten at numerous Mexican and Tex Mex restaurants and would definitely consider this one of the best places! Don't miss it!
