“I'm currently eating here for lunch for the first time, and it's ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! And the person who was greeting everyone at the door was so sweet and bubbly. The greeter was also great at letting me know all of the vegetarian items. That's always a constant struggle of mine no matter where I eat, but not here. “My husband and I eat out together once a week and, being night owls, Chili's is on our list of places that are (1) decent and (2) open a little later in the evening. The food here has been fairly good. If Chili's menu were expanded to include more and better entrees with fewer than 1000 calories, those of us who don't run marathons would be a lot happier eating here with people who do (run marathons). My husband (the marathoner) enjoys the racks of ribs, the ginormous burgers; the grilled chicken salad is, alas, a bit lackluster. We have always enjoyed having the very good servers that work at this Chili's.”

I find while the food is great it is a tad bit over priced. I'd give it a five star but my only negative feedback is that the floors are always slippery and I have no idea why.”

“I visited the Whitesburg location in Huntsville Alabama during lunch rush on a Friday afternoon. I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, their service technique and the delicious food! The "chic fil a" atmosphere they've created, is amazing and was even overseen by a man with a clipboard monitoring the salad bar to make sure that nothing was messy or strewn, that the options were full and that everyone was greeted and smiled upon while in line for what was probably the freshest salad bar I've experienced. This location is very clean and welcoming while allowing for a fast and pleasant luncheon. Well done, management!”

“Delicious food. Cold beer. Great prices. I crave their food and have to get takeout sometimes. I cannot go on enough about how good the food is! This is real deli sandwiches hot or cold as well as many other options. I would definitely suggest the turkey Reuben. The service is fantastic. They have awesome sizes of beer and great prices! This is not a craft beer place. Do not expect to have a large selection of craft beer on draft. I come here for lunch on Saturdays mostly. But I do occasionally find myself there late night, and it is still one of my favorite bars in Huntsville. There is obviously smoking inside, and that’s the biggest downfall for me. If you don’t want to be around cigarette smoke, you are fine going during the day for lunch. It is more smoky if you go later at night.”

“Writing because I had a terrible experience with a waiter who entirely ignored me after seating me. I gave three stars for the food and ambiance. I also appreciate the effort and courtesy of my actual waiter, who was very busy, and the owner. The issue is that the waiter with the glasses who seated me initially, proceeded to ignore me the rest of the time after bringing me my drink. He offered me no water, until I asked, and then refilled water for other tables while ignoring me. He also went to every table around me and asked how they were doing and wouldn't even make any eye contact with me. The thing is, that these other tables were also being served by the other gentleman, which begs the question, why I was singly ignored by this other host/waiter? Not a good feeling. Not coming back.”

I ordered a side of green beans to my salmon burger and they brought out a huge bowl of battered and fried green beans with a mayo-based dipping sauce. I was expecting something steamed and fresh. I couldn't eat them. Every bite was greasy. My salmon burger was swimming in a mayo-based sauce. I ended up eating the salmon and the veggies from the burger which was very good...and fresh. Loved the passion fruit green tea!”
