“My husband and I are from Louisiana, so we are always excited to try restaurants that taste like home. I ordered a cup of red beans - just to try - and MAN those were the best red beans I’ve had in a long time! My husband got the gumbo and it was really good as well! We also ordered the Catfish Atchafalya and Boom Boom shrimp poboy. They were both excellent. We didn’t care for the Devil on Horseback appetizer but that’s probably just our preference. I would go back for the red beans alone. Service and atmosphere were great! I hope you guys expand into Huntsville. I’m on the other side and it’s about 45 minutes for me to get to you in Madison.”

“Friendly, fast service and helpful with recommendations. They offer sample of the bases for the bowls to help you pick the right bowl. My favorite go to bowl is the Stupid Cupid! I swap the base for the coconut!! It’s is addicting!!!”

“First time I went to a BBB it was in Florence and I had my all time favorite avocado toast…I’ve wanted to try it again to see if it was a fluke or not so when the new location opened in Madison I was excited to go…Neeley and I headed that way for brunch, was crowded but we lucked out and a couple got up from the bar as soon as we walked in…Logan took care of us, super attentive, made great suggestions and it seemed like he was genuinely vested to making sure we had a great experience…Matt, the manager came by and checked on us and he too was vested in making sure we had a great experience…from the drinks (loved the coffee) to the food to the service, it was all fantastic! It was a little warm in there for me so I’m concerned it might be too hot as the summer rolls in…but in case you were wondering, the avocado toast was just as good as the first time…and the pancakes, biscuit w tomato gravy (Italy collides with Northern Alabama), Hash Cakes, Gangster Wrap, were all delicious! Congrats on a wonderful place!”

“Amazing bistro in historic Madison! Joe did an incredible job with restoring the building with beautiful woodwork and ceiling tiles. Just had lunch there with my wife and son and the food was super! We had the antipasto as an appetizer followed by the chicken parm, swordfish steak, and chicken piccata and everything was great! Throw in a round of well made cocktails and we had a great time. The service was wonderful all the way around...if you haven't been there yet, you've been missing out! Well done Humphrey Brothers Bistro and Lounge!!!”

“Very good tacos for 3$ each. Located right off the main road, easy to get in and out of. Burritos are 12$ and decently sized. Ingredients are fresh. They have a good selection on their menu. So far everything I've tried has been good. No complaints.”

“Today, my friends and I had the pleasure of trying the exquisite flavors of Southeast Asia at your restaurant on its opening day. The Drunken Noodle, Baba Malay Curry Chicken, and Thai Fried Rice were exceptional, each bursting with authentic taste and perfectly balanced spices. It's evident that your culinary expertise shines through in every dish. Thank you for such a delightful dining experience, and we can't wait to return to savor more of your delicious creations!”

“Honestly, been twice and have had consistently good experience with great food. I think they will get more service if their hours on here are updated. They are open Sunday-Thursday 11a-9p and Friday-Saturday 11a-10p, for anyone curious. The tomato app, lasagna and the chicken masala were from our first visit, they were all great! We had personal sized pizzas with the spinach artichoke dip the second time around, and we had a similarly great experience! While both are very delicious and there's no wrong answer, we decided the tomato app tops the spinach artichoke. Both times the sweet tea was consistently good, the restaurant was clean and my only comment on the general atmosphere is that the lights are very bright and the music was modern country that was a little louder than I personally enjoy. Overall both very above average experiences and we will definitely be back again!”

“Our wings had taken 30 minutes to be prepared but were big and hot when they were served. There is not much sitting room inside and it can be a little loud, but fortunately there is a lot of available seating outside.”

“Got their chicken sandwich and fries. One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in huntsville. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. May take a bit if they are busy but it was worth it, the owner made sure everything was fresh.”

“After a long Covid hiatus, this place is back open. No ID check required to get into the building or purchase food. Sandwich station, burger station, pizza, soup and salad bar, and other snack stuff available. I’m not sure if they still do daily specials. Quick and easy to eat here for ”

“What a night! Chef Noble did a fantastic job putting the March Supper Club menu together, and providing an intimate and elevated dining experience. Each course was carefully considered, with seasonal ingredients and layers of flavors that revealed themselves at different times within each bite. His interactions with us were greatly appreciated, and helped us understand the complexity of flavors in certain dishes. Overall a fabulous experience, and we cannot wait to see what he creates for the next Supper Club. Additionally, the servers were extremely attentive and considerate. They also made the night special with their kindness, and attention to detail. The ambiance of the location was perfect (just enough romantic lighting to look good, stunningly beautiful flower arrangements, and nostalgic instrumental hits background music that had us singing in our seats). We also greatly appreciated the very clean restrooms. Overall, a wonderful night, delicious food, and unique Huntsville experience. We cannot wait to experience again!”

“Woooooosh okay last one from our trip to Huntsville. This was our last stop and the last day of Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture Expo. We had heard about Bonchon opening up in Huntsville about a month before it was supposed to open. We were disappointed to find out it wouldn't be open until around the end of this month. So on that weekend chilling in the hotel I came across a post on Facebook saying that they were open. Me being shocked I called the restaurant and sure enough an employee confirmed they opened 2 weeks early! Now look I get it, it's a fast food chain restaurant but hear me out. This place is churning out some of the best Korean fried chicken I have ever had but obviously not better then Big Oh's but still way up there. So I ordered just regular Korean Fried Chicken wings (not spicy) and the steamed pork buns. The steamed pork buns were well they were okay. The buns were pillow soft but they fell short of what I wanted. The flavor was there but they were just filled with mostly coleslaw and one small piece of pork belly. I wouldn't order these again. They weren't expensive but I guess you get what you get at a chain restaurant so I'm not like upset about it. They get a 6/10. Now the Korean Fried Chicken. Not much to say here they were crispy and covered in finger licking good sauce and just juicy and delicious. I am definitely coming back for these if nothing else. 8.2/10 As you can see below there was other foods tried by my friends I did not taste these. Also the customer service here was top notch. 10/10”
