(October 5, 2019, 1:37 am)China Dragon is a fast-food Chinese restaurant located just off the corner on Pine Grove and Wall Triana in northwest Madison.
While I was skeptical to go there at first, I’m glad I did because this small, family owned business does a great job making all the usual Chinese dishes you’d expect to find and are reasonably priced.
I’ve ordered dinner from China Dragon on several occasions and every time it has been great meals. They are cooked to-order, served hot and the portions are generous.
One thing I want to point out that keeps bringing me back to China Dragon and may be of interest to those of you who are from the east coast or upper Midwest are the crab Rangoon.
What you will notice at China Dragon is that they use the cream cheese and crab recipe for their crab Rangoon. This is the recipe that I love and can’t find anywhere else here in the south. I recommend that you give the crab Rangoon a try at China Dragon and any of their other dishes. -
