Logan's Roadhouse

The food was good and our server was nice, but they were short-staffed, so it took a while to get it, and one of the 4 orders at our tables was wrong when it came. We were given half off of our check due to our less than stellar experience, though, so at least they realized that they could've done better.

To the two men who were sitting behind me tonight at Logan's in Madison that had drinks and got up and left before you got your food..........It was not your server's fault. They did not have enough help evidently in all areas. That is a management problem which you should have addressed with one of them instead of leaving and your server got stuck with your bill. She had worked her a** off all night. Had way too many tables to take care of and did an amazing job. She was in tears, I paid your bill so it would not come out of her pay like she was told by management. You are a low life and have no respect for anyone. You left a young lady working so hard that makes $2.13 an hour with your bill. You need to hang your head in shame. The waitress was Danielle.

The only complaint I have about this place is they don't know what medium rare is. A rare steak here is just a little to red for me but it's almost impossible to tell the difference between their medium and medium rare. Texas roadhouse does a better job on color and temperature (medium rare is perfect there)but Logans has them beat by a landslide on flavor and service. Our server was amazing. I just REALLY wish they knew how to time the steak. I have resorted to having their pork chops, which are the best I've ever had.

The prime rib was the absolute best. prices were fair. Service was excellent. Appeared to be a clean environment. Our food arrived in a timely manner...will go again for the prime rib...

Had dinner while here during a move for work. Food was excellent and service was beyond exceptional! Our server was Aaron and cannot say enough about the quality he provided. Came back the following night for drinks and the bartender Julie gave just as wonderful as service. Highly recommend!!!
