Its gooooooood. I don't know why they try and compare it with the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich. They are totally different and suppose to be different. I like them both and its really a choice of what mood your in between the two.
I've had other menu items at Popeys and its always really good fast food. I have been to one Popeys that wasn't good but you could tell it was bad management causing poor quality. Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 today only because the teenager that took our order in the drive thru had horrible English comprehension skills due to English not being her first language. Its not her fault they stuck her at that position and it was clear she was very uncomfortable because this was 6pm on a Friday. The management deserves the missing star not just for making it harder to order but for throwing this girl in a situation that was clearly making her nervous. I felt sorry for her. Other than that it was great.

The first time I heard all the "buzz" about this chicken sandwich, I thought maybe it hype. Now will say it's actually very good.

Overall it was good I wasn't particularly crazy about the jalapenos in the mashed potatoes and gravy
