“This place was great. We have eaten at most of the other mexican restaurants in town and this one is the best by far. Some of the reviews on here are crazy. I am a difficult customer as I am allergic to cheese so I ask for no cheese on my food. How much more difficult is that? Especially at a Mexican restaurant!! Cheese is a food group!! The waiter was nice and didn't make fun of me either!! Our food came at the same time and was delicious. The salsa could use some work, maybe some garlic and cilantro but this place is great for our first visit. Will be going back, so we will see.”

“So far this has been the best place we have eaten at in Arab among the many fast food and other restaurants. The food was quite tasty and hot. We had the lasagna and the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Much better than most Italian meals we have been served within a 30 mile radius. The only comments I would have are regarding the wait staff. They should have some semblance of a uniform so you can identify them as staff, (Even same type t-shirt), and not just looking like someone who walked in off the street who is advertising some pub or other establishment they had gotten a shirt from. Also, have the staff put their phones away somewhere and not sticking out of their pockets. Maybe some basic training on presentation to customers. They did NOT use their phones. They were curteous and friendly at all times.”

“Headed to Arab from the other side of Huntsville for a high school football game and ZAX Eats and Sweets was a search result on places to eat, so we tried it. A nice variety of food, the food was fresh and tasted great, and the staff was friendly. The kids eat free during the week was an added bonus. We will stop by again when in town. It’s tough to beat a place serving fresh, healthy meals that come with a couple of donut holes!”
