Ruby Slipper Cafe

Loved the Ruby slipper cafe! Really neat restaurant, amazing staff! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, the beignets were very good, location was easy to get in and out. I'm glad we stopped at this restaurant I would definitely go back! The prices were not too expensive although I think $4 for a glass of milk is a little much.

I had the Nola coffee and sweet heat chicken biscuit. There's a lot to try here, and I wish I was staying in town. Excellent food, cool vibes inside. Nice staff--albeit not fast. I would say they are not slow though and I mention that as a note more than a downside. They were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean.

This is the most satisfied I’ve been with a restaurant in a while. The food was great! It wasn’t overly or under seasoned, and the portions were good. We ordered the Spanish omelette, the catfish with shrimp and grit cake, and the bread pudding stuffed white chocolate topped pancakes. My taste buds were happy! 😊

So we came to Mobile on our honeymoon and stayed the week. On Monday, we are here and we’re floored at how good it was! Tuesday we decided to try a different place and it was terrible! So we decided to come back here the rest of the week!! My husband and I can’t explain how incredible the food is!!!! The wait staff is quick and our orders weren’t messed up in the slightest bit. Best breakfast place in the world!!!! 11/10!!

We chose this place last minute and didn't realize how amazing it was going to be. We were so happy with the service and food we received. Coming from Texas snow storm we were happy to see great food on the plate! When they heard we drove from Austin after having no power and water for over 48hrs, our waiter Hannah informed us that our check was covered by Ruby Slipper Cafe. Which was so unexpected and didn't think we deserve that. Very thankful for the hospitality. Definitely will visit again.
