Waffle House

Best waffle house in town. Great customer service.

This was probably the cottage Hill Waffle House near demetropolis road. Always excellent. I'm out this way maybe once or twice a week If it was breakfast I probably had their cheese omelette which is probably the best cheese omelet I know of anywhere.

I also visit another Waffle House nearer to where I normally am. I believe it was the last time I was in there it was so much fun! It was not very busy in the early evening and the four ladies were playing jukebox tunes and singing along with the songs with a wonderful Harmony. As they kept working! I tell them it was great And there is no cover charge! I gave them a dollar to keep playing some and singing, as I needed to go. I really enjoyed it. Hope I'm not getting them in trouble but believe me it was appreciated and I think more Waffle Houses could open up that way and be fun. No customer at all was left waiting for their food at that time of day and it being not busy at all. Thanks again ladies!

Another reason I like Waffle houses in general is that I get to sit and watch them cook my food fresh right in front of me.

This is the BEST Waffle House I have been to in a long time! I am not sure if it was a well trained cook, or someone that has been there for years, my hashbrown bowl was amazing!! Good food and one of those "momma" type servers, this is MY waffle house now! I will happily drive out of my way!

Ok today I was craving hashbrowns with well cooked onions and tomatoes. I very rarely get them cooked like I asked but today was different. The young lady cooking listened and cooked them perfectly. Her name is Amanda. My hubs omelet was perfection and not greasy at all. Grease and heavy butter is something you have to usually deal with. There is a lady named Vicki that works there also....she knows her business and makes sure your order is right. This is a Waffle House that should not be missed.

Waffle House never let's me down. First time at this location and the staff were great. I'll be back again!
