“Staff and management are all amazing- friendly, helpful, and problem solvers. My only issue with Bowlero Montgomery is the reservation system- it is highway robbery. Do not make a reservation if you are going on a weeknight before 8 pm and you’re in a large group- you do not need it and you will end up paying double what it would cost if you had just showed up and paid at the counter. Reserving the lane makes sense if you are a small party and want to rip through as many games as possible in the time limit but if you’re just trying to do some casual 2-3 games it is absolutely cheaper to pay as you go. Paying on the reservation system pricing and then coming and seeing the posted pay as you go prices absolutely left a bad taste in my mouth. But staff was very kind and tried to work with me to close that gap but were very limited in what they could do. Edit- the reply from the business claiming that they could not locate a reservation is a plain lie. I gave them identification and the card the reservation was made upon and they gave me a printed invoice reflecting the exact reservation. They said they could not cancel the reservation upon the realization of how much we were overcharged for the service. Honestly wish they had lost the reservation because then we could have paid half as much!”

“Such a fantastic atmosphere, food and service! I absolutely loved it. Had a party of 8, & tried so many different things- from steak and eggs to shrimp grits and avocado toast. The food was perfect, steaks cooked to proper temp, servers were new and working hard, bar menu is so so great! We had hot drinks, and signature cocktails, and everything was yummy and unique. Can’t wait to come back with friends!!”

“One of the best Nashville style chicken out there. I am BEYOND grateful we got Hangry Joe's because it was about time!! The employees were very friendly and gave amazing customer service! They gave our group complimentary nachos for the long wait, which wasn’t even long of a wait since they were booming with customers! They opened up the second floor for us because there weren’t enough seats on the first floor. The owner and two of their employees checked up on us several times to make sure the food tasted right. As we were exited the restaurant, we were asked about our experience & told to have an amazing night!”

“Clean, open moderately lit restaurant ( think dinner mood/feel) . Menu items most at or just above $10 -$11 range. If ordering not building, the rice or noodles in our dishes was plentiful, the veggies cut in large pieces, and disappointing the seafood ( scallops and shrimp) were only salad size. Food is always hot off grill, cooked to order. Logo is large and in charge, dining space huge and open, food okay. I may try building my own bowl next time as I believe that is the main appeal. Many customers were placing orders to go.”

“I've been to the one in Eastchase and that was is great, so I wanted to check out the new location on Ann Street. The food was good, place was clean and not crowded but the only downside was the lady CONSTANTLY walking past our table and when she wasn't walking past, she was standing by and constantly watching us. That was the most uncomfortable thing. The food was good, but I'll stick to their Eastchase location.”

“We are fairly new in town and this was our first visit to the Chop House. I reviewed the online menu prior to going only to learn that the website was not updated whatsoever. I ordered the Surf & Turf which included a "filet" which was overcooked, very dry, and resembled a sirloin. My wife ordered the grouper which was cold, and very chewy. The rest of the meal, risotto and sauce with shrimp, was even colder. The decor was nice, but the carpet was very dirty. The only redeeming quality was our excellent waiter! Had planned on dessert, but we couldn't leave fast enough based on our dinner experience. Such a shame because this was to celebrate our anniversary. Would not recommend!”
