“I will say that the sandwich (panini) & potato salad that I got was delicious. The banana pudding was not that great, to be honest. The issue that I had was the price. They're pretty outrageous! It was over $16 (NOT including the tip I left) for just me...for a sandwich, a side, a drink, & the banana pudding. The price of the sandwich...for what I ordered...was $8.99, & did not include a side or a drink or anything else. I was kinda shocked. Then, the amount of potato salad I received...for an additional $1.99...was like a very small amount...a few bites, & it was gone. I saw a sign where you could "make it a combo for $2.50," but it didn't say what was included in a "combo." Most places, when I think of "combo," I think of it including a side & a drink, but I don't know what it included here. If indeed it included a side & a drink, then why was I charged so much? I didn't see the sign until after I had paid. Any way, almost $20 for one person's lunch is too much. Good food, but high prices.”

“Had a craving and remembered this Chipotle was open so I made a delivery order for myself, my roommate and my 3 kids. The food arrived quickly and everything was good temperature, but all 3 of the kids' meals had something wrong! One got steak instead of chicken, one got black beans instead of pinto, and one didn't get his quesadilla at all. I called the store and the night manager (I'm sorry I forgot her name already) quickly offered a couple of solutions (refund or remake). I asked for a remake, honestly expecting just to get my kids' meals redone. They remade the WHOLE ORDER which is just fantastic and totally a surprise. Second order was correct and kids were happy. Above and beyond, thank you!”

“All of our food was very tasty. We ordered steak, salmon, and chicken, all cooked and seasoned well. My only complaint about it is the service. I’ve been there a half a dozen times over the last year, we get a young server each time. They seem irritated when ask for anything a little extra. I requested a pint glass with my beer. I had to ask again, still didn’t bring it. I got up went to the bar and got my own. She said she was sorry but she got busy... so not really an apology. A simple sorry I forgot would’ve been better. Then, she wasn’t that nice after that.”

I usually visit the drive through between 2pm and 6pm, and If they are being lazy or in a rush, you will get your chicken sandwiches with cold buns, which are supposed to be warmed. I request them to be steamed now when going through drive through, never had the problem when eating inside.”

“Please give Double D an award, Waffle House, because he is definitely your best employee. We came in on a drive from Huntsville to Prattville, but he made us feel 100 percent at home. Friendly, funny, helpful, and really good at selling us on getting dessert! The crew manning the stove were doing a great job too, because my patty melt was really good. Perfect brown crisp on the Texas toast, waffle, and the hash browns.”
