Chubbfathers

I frequent this unique place many times because I love the special air that is outline this place. The crew is extremely welcoming and experienced. The service is exceptionally efficient. Not to mention, the food they cook is perfect. I have been there many times and I was always happy. The cost is decent. I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Stopped by here on my way to see a concert in Birmingham. Fantastic food and service. The people here are very friendly and the burger I had was one of the best I’ve had in a while. The Pit Stop burger is amazing! Will definitely be coming by here again.

So we had an issue with an order being wrong that we placed via a delivery service. When the food arrived, it was completely wrong and we called and were given the runaround by the delivery company. Not long after, the gentleman that runs Chubbfathers shows up at my door, with a new order, of the correct food. This is how far they'll go to make sure things are correct. I own a business and I'm always sure to go that extra mile with the people that trusted me to provide the service in the first place. We have eaten there probably 5-6 times this year, and we have never been dissatisfied. As a result of service like this, we will continue to eat here in the future for many years to come. Thank you guys for taking the time to make things right!! Those things do not go unnoticed.

Very very good food. 6 people with us and everyone enjoyed everything we ordered... The buffalo chicken fries as an appetizer were awesome. The food is cook to order and you get a lot of food for the money. I can't wait to try more of their food. This was our visit to the restaurant, I've had the food truck before and it was good too. I cannot give this food enough. I've heard a lot about it and had high expectations, the food has surpassed the expectations and that is usually hard to do... We will be back for sure!!

Pros: Great bar food. The Chub burger as definitely on my top burgers in Alabama list. We got a side of onion strings that were great.
Cons: The place was nasty, borderline unhealthy. The unisex bathroom reeked of piss and everything was dirty from the sink to the doorknob. Our table was not clean and the salt and pepper shakers were crusted up with dust and greasy/sticky fingerprints. We tried some from another table, but it was the same.
Conclusion: The food is great, but you should do carry out only. There is no way the staff can see the need to clean and not do it. They just choose not to.
