The food is regularly well prepared and tasty, employees hands out excellent service. I like the cleanliness and mood. Keep up the good work.

The Big Jack burger is great, fries salty but still good, service great. Ordered chicken white meat with two sides & biscuit. Meat a little dry and greasy, but good, green beans very good, coleslaw needs a little sugar since mayonnaise base to give more taste, the biscuit had no flavor and very dry. I just started going to Jack's recently, so trying something new each time. Have only gone thru the drive thru so can't say anything about the.inside, but all the workers seem very professional and patience. I will go back and try something different.

1st time eating here no one has hair nets everyone has long weaves and hair sticking all out of their hat some have no hats on And they got our order Wrong.

The ???? is awesome! Hot and tasty. I am impressed with how they pay full attention to customers at the counter. (unlike other fast food restaurants)
