Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Delicious, plenty of food. Always friendly service. My only small complaint is the layout from the cashier to drink machine causes some traffic congestion with tables in the way and where you pick up your food.

Better than Culver's with many more options to choose from than their competitor. Haven't tried their burgers or sandwiches as of yet, but the best frozen custard in the South. Freddy is the ice cream man!

This place has the best customer service ever. My car broke down in the drive thru. They had workers come help me push my car to a safe spot, also tried to jump me off. They went above and beyond, they could tell my day was bad and gave me my meal for free. I would recommend this place to everyone. The food is awesome too. Thanks Meredith for all your help and making my day better. It will not be forgot.

Good hamburgers and great thin fries. Neat custard treats for kids. Burgers are really good but thin. But for chain they are top notch. Five Guys is better burger wise, but well worth a visit. Love the thin fries.

This was our first time at Freddy's. Was kinda surprised at the meat on the burger only being about a quarter of an inch thick, and that's being generous. I had a California double cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap. It was tasty. The fries are definitely shoestring skinny but were good. Had a mini size Hawaiian sundae, or whatever it is called. It was very good.
