    Soups are really delicious that's about all I eat from there. I wish they would do something about the lines of people waiting to order... people just break in line ahead of you after you've been waiting 10 minutes to place an order...that's not good!

    Food was good enough. But service was terrible! They were overwhelmed with lunch crowd... long line just to order. I keep hoping they will be able to improve their service.

    Consistently Good "Fast" Food

    I too often associate Panera Bread with my first experiences with them. Our organization often catered breakfast items from them. First, I can give them high marks for catering.
    As an avid bagel lover, equally good. But they have so many more choices made with the same level of fresh ingredients. The surroundings are good - plenty of seating but can get crowded at lunch time. If you are a soup and sandwich fan, you won't be disappointed. So far, I have not had anything average or below.
