Fantastic catfish, big fillets, and the cajun tots were awesome. Yes the food is on the pricey side but so very good and our server Olivia was so nice, helpful with menu selections and attentive. I highly recommend because I will definitely come back!
There aren't many cajun places where in from. And this was a great find. Food was great. Staff was polite. The venue was clean. Perfect experience.
Portions were small. The oysters are quite good. The fried peppers are great. The sweet potato fries are fantastic. The prices are a little high. The staff are very nice. I visited this place when it first opened and I gave it a 2 out of 5. They seem to have listened and I now give them a 4. They would get a 5 but the prices seem high for the amount of food you receive.
We've been here several times since they opened. Overall the food has been good. We've ordered red beans and rice, sausage, gumbo, jambalaya, and onion rings. The jambalaya had to be sent back to the kitchen because it was served cold. The onion rings were small and definitely a SMALL order when you order small. I would barely qualify it as a side dish. The gumbo is good though definitely no spice to it. The red beans and rice and a good consistency though, again, definitely need hot sauce. Our service has been hit and miss. Once visit we considered leaving because no one had spoken to us since we were seated when we finally got served. Another night, we started out with good service until the food arrived then we finally had to flag someone down to ask for condiments. I'm attributing some of the issues to it being a new restaurant and hoping these are staffing/training issues.
