“I went to pick up an order and waited over 35 mins. I understand that places get very busy sometimes but management wasn't up to par. The cashier was allowed to answer the phone then put them on hold and leave on hold even when the girl wasn't doing anything else, repeatedly. Everyone but cashier was making pizzas but no one was getting them out and pushing to customers. I left w/o my pizza”

“Had two excellent breakfasts while in Childersburg. The Friday chef was the best. He kept up with all the orders as they were called out to him and never missed a beat. The grits were very good. On Saturday the cooks were “ squabbling “ between each other and messed up orders. The wait staff was excellent.”

And it was quite surprising they did it with just two people in the store a manager and a cook they were trying their best to do everything cuz the general manager had fired a lot of people so it left everybody shorthanded but she was sincerely apologetic and gave me a discount for having to wait to come pick up my order but it was a wonderful experience I'd recommend it to anybody for the Pizza Hut in Talladega Alabama!”
