Nice place. Pretty good food. Need a bigger menu. Doesn’t offer white meat in chicken. Only Dark meat. Priced pretty reasonable. Cheaper than most of the Meat & 2 places around

The food was very good. The first bite was the cabbage and my eyes closed on their own. When you see the empty plate on the pictures, it belongs to me. I think the last bite is just as important as the first one and I have a happy plate. Thank you! I will be back.

First time eating there with my boyfriend and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. The food was delicious. We will be going back. Great soul food.

Tried Soul Food for the first time! Was meeting a friend in Tuscaloosa for lunch and he dropped this location to meet. I ordered the Pork Chop, collard greens, mac n cheese and candied yams. Absolutely hands down, delicious! The pork chop was moist, seasoned perfectly and crispy around the edges. Collard greens were very good. Mac n cheese were surprisingly cheesy and yummy and the star was the candied yams which to me tasted like Christmas in my mouth! Oh and the staff were super friendly, helpful and awesome! Thank you for showing islanders from Hawaii your southern hospitality!

This was my first “soul food “ experience and I enjoyed my fried chicken legs, collard greens, with mash and corn bread. I savored every bite. If you ever crave some mouth watering soul food, JURLINE’S SOUL FOOD is the place for you.
