Pizza Hut

Great new location and excellent/efficient service. The one thing that could be improved is the drive through lane/functionality. There are cones that are directing how the lane should be curved but it is very difficult to pull up to the window while making that sharp of a turn and you have to drive all the way down to Hoo’s Q and make a u-turn to access the drive through lane which is kind of confusing.

It was quick and easy so all I had to do was pick it up and go.

The pizza was fine, however, when picking it up, the pizza slid off the counter onto the floor. The box did not open and the restaurant was super busy so I took the pizza but I do feel like I should have been offered the option to remake the pizza. It did hit the inside top of the box where most of the cheese stuck. The cashier was apologetic but again I feel I should have been offered a fresh pizza.

This new pizza hut is really awesome. Sat in line today for almost an hour to pick up my order. Was very aggravated at first but when finally got to the window found out the guy was all alone!!!! All alone!!! And believe me he had a line. You could tell he was stressed. BUT..,,,,, he was so very nice. He did not let his stress effect how he treated his customers. This man needs a day off and a pay upgrade!!! This Seriously was the best pizza we have had in a long time. And he did it all alone. Kudos to you!!! Also. If you need a job help them out!!! Stop sitting at home drawing a check and get a job!!! These businesses need help!
