“I've loved Jimmy John's in Decatur since they opened, it's one of the only places that makes me think of the subs back home in New Jersey. I've honestly never had a bad experience, today I introduced my GM to JJ as he's never had it before. I was waited on by Emily, she was super friendly and patient as I was making two separate orders. I didn't catch the name of the young lady who made my sandwich but she did a wonderful job and asked if I'd like a sample of the kickin ranch which was great. The chocolate cake is some of the best I've ever had. I gave 4 stars because I tried to order online and they don't except payment online and so I called the store and they don't do payment over the phone. Ended up just picking it up (my coupon required that it be picked) and paying in the store. It was a lot of frustration, but the food was on point.”

Only issue was they wouldn't deliver at a time convenient for a birthday party on a specified schedule at a children's entertainment establishment (Mile High Climbing) who had a discount price agreement with them for the families. Since they wouldn't/couldn't deliver at the time requested (said they were too busy), they would not at least honor the discounted price since I had to go get it instead of being delivered on site. Whatever, at the end of the day, my daughter & her friends had fun at her little party & had decent pizza.”
