“The pizza was good, but the staff was not very helpful. My 12 year old attempted to use her gift card and the young lady helping her had no patience. She swiped the gift card really fast over and over again without taking the time to properly pull the card thru the scanner. Subsequently my daughter ended up spending her cash because the staffer was unwilling to do her job and provide customer service. And yes the card was verified valid before we got there and again after the staff said it wasn't valid. My daughter felt like she was used and now wants nothing to do with Little Caesars. She may be 12, but she is the future. Restaurant owners, business owners, please care enough about your business to vet your staff and hold them accountable. Their attitude and action can make or break your business.”

I got to Marco's a little early for my pickup time and was amazed at this hard working team of people. It was a very busy Friday evening. Each employee was working as quickly as possible, displaying true team work and updating each customer on their order status throughout the numerous phone calls that came through. They kept smiles on their faces and thanked each customer for their orders. I patronized this location due to a prior appointment with an insurance agent. Afterwards, I wanted some Pizza; Since I've been back in Mobile, this is the Second location that makes Pizza the excites my palate 😁😁😁😁. “Sure they have hot and ready pizza for 5 and $6, but if you truly want the best they have to offer you can create your own an order online, or pull up and wait for it to be freshly made. I always enjoy the food from here. But I don't mind waiting even 30 minutes if I have to. If you're going to order from here and it is not the $5 ready pizza, you're going to have to wait a little bit. But it's worth it if you have patience.”
