Whoever doesn’t like Dim Sum has not tried Dim Sum. Dim Sum fused together with one of the best bakeries in town, well, heaven. Where to start? Dumplings. I’m happy with dumplings alone. Of course, then I would miss out on the Schezchuan Won Tons. The sauce they serve them in is rich, spicy and amazing. I’d probably drink it out of a mug if they’d let me. They have plenty of options for all tastes, including vegetarians, everything bursts with flavor. The prices are also reasonable enough to justify ordering three dishes between two people when it is just too hard to decide on what you want. I have also tried many of their desserts over the years and it is worth it to make Charlie’s your go to place for baked goods. Cakes are made to order and they have cake down to a science.

This is a wonderful place! Their menu is best described as Asian fusion! Everything I’ve tried has been excellent. Favorites include Mongolian beef, the braised beef soup and pot stickers. There is a bunch of other stuff I want to try. Their smiling staff is a delight ????. The cakes rock too.

We wanted something light, so tried the dumplings out here. The food was a bit surprising in a good way. The boiled dumplings were good, made with hand made skins and good filling. I would skip the dipping sauce they provided and go with the standard vinegar and soy sauce mix, along with a bit of chili oil. The Baby Bok Chou was a simple dish with very fresh vegetables. The steam pork dumplings (really buns) came 3 in a basket, and was pretty good. The red chili oil wontons were good too. Overall, surprising meal.
