“Bella Vista is a great place if you are looking for a largely Italian/Greek menu. They are apparently know for their mussels but we tried several other dishes. The Eggplant Parmesan and the Chicken Parmesan were both delicious, as was the shrimp dish we ordered. They have wonderful sauces and the portions are always big enough to take home leftovers for lunch the next day. We shared on of their chocolate cake desserts between four of us and didn’t actually finish it. The house wines are all nice with many at just $5 a glass. Angie was fantastic and she made sure our evening was lovely. Their first seatings are crowded but if you can go after 8pm for a later dinner you will be more likely to be seated right away.”

“It’s ok pizza for a chain store, it’s convenient inside Walmart and of course the Eagle River Walmart is one of the easiest Walmart’s to get in and out of with plenty of parking. They also deliver and you can order on line. If you’re not in the mood to cook after a long day at work, you can order on line before you leave work and it should be ready about the time you get to Eagle River.”

“So delicious, they never disappoint. Food is always hot fresh and beautifully placed. Service was very lovely and attentive. This is one of my favorite places to eat. Always clean as well. The atmosphere is so calming and pleasant. My husband got the Grilled Chicken Salad, he said the chicken was really good. I got Green Curry with Chicken. The spice was a perfect balance with a touch of sweetness. My son got the Kids Sesame Chicken. My husband and I couldn't stop picking at his food! My son said the fries were really good and he liked the shrimp (normally he hates shrimp). He also loved the chicken. Can't wait to eat here again, wonderful! ❤”

“I like subway sandwiches. This location is fairly clean and it’s nice to go in and have a clean table to eat at. They gave me extra toppings, and a good amount of Extra, when I asked for them. It makes for a good experience when they give you exactly what you want. Only reason it does not get 5 stars is because Subway isn’t a top of the line restaurant. If I am rating this Subway against other Subways it would probably be 5 stars(FYI).”

“This restaurant is cozy, quaint and sunny. The owners are warm and eager to engage in conversation, and they are excellent chefs as well. The menu features Greek specialties that are all delicious. They pride themselves on their house made dressings and hand cut ingredients. It is a far way from their home in Athens but the atmosphere and food bridge that distance. Since there aren’t too many tables a lot of folks order take out. They are expert at making sure the food is packaged well. The wraps and salads are always excellent and the Halloumi is really special. Be sure to try the spicy feta dip too, it is a chef favorite!”

“Love this place. The menu appeals to all tastes, from wood-fired pizza, to blackened halibut tacos, to their generously sized salads. They have a great weekend brunch too. Their fries are so delicious that it is impossible to leave any uneaten. The staff is always personable and friendly and the drinks and food come out quickly. The restaurant has a great vibe and the free music on the weekends is fantastic. They’ve got several screens to watch your favorite games on and a great overflow space upstairs that they open on busy days or rent out for private functions. If you like having a large choice of beer on tap this is one of many places in the Anchorage area that offers a wide selection. I really like their sampler flights. “My wife and I have been faithful patrons to the Fried Rice Express location in Peter's Creek, AK for years now. What is perfect about this restaurant, is that they offer a limited and reasonable number of dishes...that's are all made well! Unlike the other disappointing asian Dining options that present you with a many paged catalogue of food to choose from. We now have this second location as an option too. Our first meal here in Eagle River was again FANTASTIC. (Note the Peter's creek location is now closed for lunch, with both locations open for dinner) Though I haven't tried all of the menu items, I have tried, and thoroughly enjoyed, many of them. I LOVE the Thai Fried Rice with added fried garlic & chicken (Extra Hot times 3). (13$ fall 2018) And my wife LOVES the Vegetable Delight (with chicken). (13$ fall 2018) The portion sizes are large enough to allow for a take away snack (if you can resist eating it all). This is a small family run operation, and everything is made fresh to order. They are always eager to ensure that the food is to your liking, and will fix any issues to make it so.”

“This is the first time I have stopped here since the Big 'Quake of 11-30-18. The new and improved Eagle River McDonald's is very modern and attractive inside, and the new play area is nearly ready for use as well. I stopped because one of my kids was "starving" (when are they not?). We were given a number tent as he concluded his order and one of the counter workers brought my son's order to the table. Quite an interesting set-up. Being all newly rebuilt, everything is pristine. Good place to stop for a quick meal.”
