Local Holiday Station stores are truly cultural epicenters for the neighborhoods they are in. If you want to meet true native denizens for whatever local region then look now further. Down to the “typical” gas station employee, you will meet the exact grade of human character you have come to expect, only with a regional twang specific to each Holiday Station. I am actually someone fearful that the recent Circle K acquisition will ruin the local flavors I have come to enjoy during my travels upon Earth.

Holiday is a staple for Alaskan residents but it's not always the best place. The food here is moderately okay for a gas station if you're very hungry and just need a quick bite to eat. There isn't a broad selection of items, just a few name brand items in great supply. The donut case and coffee stand could use some more sprucing up as the donut case always seems to be empty each time I visit. The employees are also not the friendliest as the interactions are always brief and nonchalant. Overall, Holiday is not the worst of gas stations but it is also not the best.
