During summer and Fur Rondy, they are packed. Expect slower service but good food.
In their not so busy times, service is TYPICALLY well above par.
If your like me and my son, their menu leaves A LOT to be desired. There's more fish on the menu and if you're allergic to fish it's quite difficult to eat anything here.
This has been brought up several times, and the normal response is "well, we've got burgers.".
But their fries are cooked in the same oil as fish so you can't have those.
This has left us with going there once every 2-3 years.
Really good food in a casual environment. Our waiter James was very nice. The bus girl, not so much. Had the planked salmon with rice and veggies - my ideal perfect meal. Decent portions. Not huge but delicious. My friend had the potato salad/macncheese mash-up which was awesome. As we were leaving there was a bouncer at the door checking ids. Must be a happening bar after the dinner crowd leaves. Enjoy!
Service and server were topnotch! The food was yummy. I had a reindeer burger (first time) and I was very impressed. It's a bit pricey but the portion sizes is well worth it
Delicious food and great service! We had salmon sliders as a starter - lots of flavor in these bite sized snacks. My husband was super pleased with his Salmon burger and bacon rich potato/mac salad. My Mac-nut Salmon Salad was a delicious mix of arugula, orzo, onion, and tomato with a zippy pesto lemon vinaigrette topped with spicy blackened salmon. Our waiter Justin was super helpful and attentive and kept our coffee hot and our drinks full. We couldn't have been more pleased.
