Ichiban Japanese Restaurant

My companion and I tried something different for a late afternoon lunch .The service excellent, they made us feel as we were special guests.after a day of shopping we were able to relax and enjoy each other's company.food was so good.We didn't feel like we should eat up,pay or bill and move on.thank's Ichiban,I Impressed her by taking her to that restarant.

The food is solid and the service is really good. The sushi is all good quality and we weren't disappointed in anything wee ordered, although the beef teriyaki wasn't my favorite. The size of the sushi and rolls were a little smaller than expected but not something that concerned me too much.

Always a great place to grab fresh sushi. Ask for kimchi as a side dish. Fresh and yummy!

It’s first restaurant in Anchorage (Alaska) as I landed last night in any of the Alaskan city. After having a roll for lunch in a office cafeteria, I was planning for a Indian restaurant for good vegetarian food. I was in that complex for Indian restaurant and then I saw this one. I asked lady if they have vegetarian options before deciding to eat here. She was kind enough to show all vegetarian options. Ordered edamame, rolls and a Japanese beer (it was first time for me to have any Japanese beer). Al came out good in just $18.90. The restaurant is really small place with very nice people.

Only thing I felt was, they had only one variety of rolls. In other Sushi they will have at least three varieties of rolls in veg.

I am sure their meat related food taste good as there were good number of customers.

Fresh ingredients, great flavor, amazing presentation.
