“This is my go to food delivery. I have never once received bad food from these guys! The food is delicious...EVERYTHING!!! Door dash here in Alaska now that has allowed for delivery from many more locations, and even though we can order from other places we still prefer ordering from here. Also, the delivery is at minimum an hour faster than any food we have ever ordered on door dash! We have never had an issue with them beaides they are always sold out of custard so don’t ever ask, but if we did I am confident they would take care of it. Love them!!”

“I went to Edelweiss shortly after it was opened (it had been a different restaurant). They were still experimenting with their menu. The chef came out to ask us what we thought. “My wife and I live about a mile from the restaurant and always found a reason not to eat here. What a mistake, we finally decide to give it a try. The food is excellent, cod fish and chips. The cod fish was fresh with a wonderful well seasoned batter. The potato wedges were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. I know it's a simple lunch but you'd be surprised at how many cooks ruin it. Four pieces of cod, large order of fries and a delicious coleslaw. The staff was polite and paid close attention to all our needs. Great atmosphere, felt very comfortable!”

“I've been waiting for the right time to rate this place. First off, if you haven't tried it, you're missing out. Their motto is "5 star in your car" and man, did they nail it! Tried some corn chowder that was festively decorated on top with green and red tortilla chips. The chowder was thick enough that the chips stood up on end! Now that is a good, hearty, stick to your ribs delicious treat to beat the cold! It was fantastic! Most everything (except for the carefully crafted chowder, of course) is made to order so you can expect to wait a bit if you order at the window but they also have convenient take away menus so you can call ahead. The prices are right in line with the quality, and I do mean quality, food you receive. I'm ashamed to say I don't have any pictures to reference because, quite frankly, we dove in and devoured our gourmet sandwiches. Pictures were an after thought! If you are passing the Big Lake turn off going east or west, do yourself a favor, save your appetite and a few extra minutes to turn onto the Big Lake Spur and you'll see them about a mile down on the right. There's even an Espresso (Perfect Start) drive through in the same lot. 5 Star in Your Car, without the snobby attitude. Nothing but love for this place. Family owned and operated! Look for the American Flag proudly flying full mast!”

“This Subway has always been one of my favorites. But, my most recent visit wasn't the best. I was very excited to try the buttered garlic spread on a meatball marinara sub. I watched the lady heat my sandwich, but when I bit into it (unfortunately after I was in my car going home) the sandwich was cold! I got a bit glob of unmelted butter and a really cold meatball. I'm hoping something was wrong with their oven and they got it fixed.”
