Brown Bag Burger + Bar Flagstaff, AZ

Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a self-ordering setup but we went at a slow time, so the employee up front went ahead and took our order.
The food took awhile to come out but it wasn't an issue. :) Everything was super delicious. We will definitely be visiting this place again!

It was my first time at BBB, and at first it almost seemed like one of those "hole in the wall" places. However, once we entered it looked really cool, very good vibe, pleasant atmosphere, etc... the only reason I gave 4-stars on Service is because when we came in, the lady at the bar asked as if it was our first time, and we said Yes, so she said "Welcome, sit anywhere." Sonwe did, we looked over the menu and at some point thought that it's taking a server a bit too long, so I got up and walked to the bar, asked if some one will come, or should we order at the bar? And the lady said, "Yes, you order Here." So we did... What I found weird is that since she knew it was her first time, why wouldn't she just say that instead of letting us sit there for 20 minutes waiting for somebody?!?!
Besides that everything was great the food was delicious staff was pleasant and caring. Whenever I'll be in flagstaff again I will definitely stop by there.

Their burgers are delicious! I would definitely stop in again & get their burgers. I had the BBQ Burger & my friend had the Hangover. They were both fricken delicious! I do wish their was a larger outdoor seating area, but the grill is located right off the road & inside another building, so that is understandable. You can sit anywhere you would like & there is sorta like a hybrid server. You have to walk up to the cash register & order & the server will bring you out drinks & your food.

Ordered for pick up and it was ready to go on time. I wish they had an online order designated parking spot. But there was parking in the garage available. Looked like a nice place to sit and eat but didnt have the time for that today. Ordered a Dantes burger and house made chips because the online menu said they were out of tater tots. The burger was very good. Not as spicy as i was expecting but very good flavors and cooked to order. The house made chips were great. And they came with a dipping sauce that tasted like chipotle ranch to me. Very good sauce. Looking forward to trying more of their menu in the future.

You walk in and order at the counter. Food came out quickly. We started off with the soft pretzel sticks and the fried pickles. Pretzels were a hit, definitely recommend trying those if you come by. The fried pickles were very tasty but sliced very thin so the ratio was kinda off. I had the vegan burger for my main course, and it was pretty tasty but nothing special. We enjoyed our meals after a long day of hiking.
