La Fonda Mexican Restaurant

I think I had this place many moons ago but can't remember as the inside looks different as well as the menu.

They were kind enough to sit a party of 6 before they closed and offered excellent service till the very end.

Every one worked as a team to make sure all of our drinks were full along with the chips.

The food is amazing as well and the price you pay is worth every bite. I will be definitely coming back to try the whole menu. Good job guys!

Everything here is absolutely delicious! Except for one thing, the salsa..it completely blind sided me. It's tastes like pizza squeeze, with like a hint of olive brine. I don't even know how to explain it. But reading other reviews I'm glad I'm not the only one thrown off by it. I will admit I didn't have high hopes for the rest of the food after tasting it, but I was very impressed with everything else. The pork enchiladas are one of the best things I've eaten!

Potentially the best spot for Mexican food in Flagstaff. Food was delicious, well seasoned and filling. I got the chimichanga plate with shredded chicken. By the end of my meal, my stomach was full, but I wanted to make sure I cleaned my plate as my brain said it was "too good to not finish." Service was fast, food was great, and portions huge. Will be back next time I am in Flagstaff.

The wait time was way too long for us to get a table, so we picked the food up and ate in the car. Cheese enchiladas were great, but I did get sweet tea when I did not want sweet tea.

This place has been a favorite of my family since the early 60s. It serves great food, and a fair price, and does so in a family low key atmosphere. I will continue to eat here hopefully for many more years to come.
